Some of us get our hearts broken not because we fall in love but because we are afraid to start all over.  Most of us think we wouldn't survive if we leave our comfort zones. Random Thoughts:- The D8 Fare Is Getting The Better Side Of Me

So the increase of fare "pass" just got to me. I basically walk to most places i go to now. Where are we heading to? Glee Start Cory Monteith Died at Age 31

Cory was found dead in his hotel room at the Fairmant Pacific Rim Hotel. The 31-year -old Glee start got out of rehab in April for substance addiction. He appeared to be happy and healthy in the past few months. No cause of his death has been confirmed at this point but the police are saying there are no implications of foul play. RIP Cory.... If You Must Then Make it Worth Your While

This is probably a controversial post but i just had to say it. I am not endorsing sleeping with a married man. Heck no!. That's something i will not do because i know what it feels like to have your husband cheat on you. However, the reality is that a lot of ladies do these days, knowingly or unknowingly. For a lady who knows that she's sleeping with a married man, why is she doing it if not for personal gain.
 Okay so why i'm i writing about this? I know couple of people who are dating married men in fact some are friends with the wives. Dating a married man is like a fetching water in an basket with holes. Some explain how they are fed up of dating single guys and their games, how is still amounted to sleeping with them for nothing and it even hurts more when a single man messes you around. Well true but they conveniently forgot about the bit where the chances of having a meaningful relationship with a single man is far higher then that of a married man.
Anyways you just can't convince some women to abandon their quest of sleeping with married men so most of the time i ask this question"what's in for you"? and some have the mind to say "no, i don't intend to ask him for anything lest he thinks i'm a prostitute", Hello! should you care what he thinks? A lot of these men see Gambian girls as easy anyways and for him to make advances at you i'm sure he's willing to pay his way through, so why would you let him get away with it and give him free p****?
 In my opinion it makes no difference if a woman has decided to sleep with a married man , then she much be gaining something from him. I mean why let the man win both ways? If he wants a mistress then let him pay for it. It makes you no prostitute as long as you are not putting out for many men at the same time in exchange for personal gain. Although perhaps there's some self esteem issues going on sleeping with a married man in the first place. Really, ladies put a price on it if you decide not to hoard your goods.

The Beauty of Sisterhood

When one talks about sisterhood, some think it's about having the same DNA but to me sisterhood means something totally different. To me sisterhood is a bond between girls that is deeper than friendship. It's means having your girl's back. It means been there for your girl. So what i want to know is, why women of this generation think throwing insults, going on Facebook to publicly disgrace a sister is appropriate? Some of us do the best we can to bring a sister down when you should be there to lift her even when she thinks she wouldn't find her way, give her a hand and help her get to her destination. What do i gain from bringing a sister down? Absolutely nothing. The reason why most of us have been in the same place for years is because we keep fighting each other, we keep pushing each other to the ground and at the end of the day neither of us moves.

The Bitter/Sweet Experience of Becoming A Woman

Wave after wave, the pain washes over me, from the pit of my lower abdomen, down to the top of my thighs, the whole length of them, my knees, calves, slowly over my ankles, and to my toes, making them curl up of their own volition, eliciting a small cry from me. Then slowly, it makes its way back up, gradually, retracing its now weak, but still painful path over my body, back to the pit whence it emanated, to gather more strength and move upwards. This time to, my belly, my ribs. I feel it going over my diaphragm, my already aching breasts, and up to my jaw, making me clench my teeth again and again.
Then it recedes, gradually, and I feel sweet relief.
