She's Back At The Gym

I used to be  a size 8 now I'm a 10. People who know me will say I'm an exercise freak. I love to workout not to lose weight but to stay fit and healthy. I can never go on a diet because this sister right here loves her food so the only way i can stay on top of my game is by working out. I feel so alive when i workout. I'll take a before and after selfie every month and keep y'all up to date with the process. wish me luck because it's been 3 months.

With the kind of shoes she's wearing you can wear this to a cocktail event or to a club but that also depends on how bold and confident you are . Some might say it's raunchy but i say it's classy and sassy. This look can also be causal if you rock it will pumps or sneakers. The color of the blazer is actually the reason why this look stands out. I will create the same look but with a different color blazer.

This picture was taken at Iggy's home and it seems like the Australian rap does not like her picture been taken. she wrote on her Instagram page she wants her fans to respect her privacy and i quote "this is me standing in front of my home, which has a 6ft high blacked out fence around it. No one should be made to feel like their own home is a prison because even your garden maybe grounds for photo shop. I really just want to urge my fans to be aware of what you are enabling when posting these pictures. It is illegal to post images of someone in their homes or property with a long range camera. I'm asking in the nicest way possible to please think twice about that. You're home is suppose to be your place of peace. I just want mine to be that too same as everyone else".

You Are Your Bra!!!!!!!

Been an Aku, growing was fun but strict. My mum made sure i have 3 sets of bras. 1 for church, school and home. The church ones were white, the school ones were black or colored and the ones for home were the raggedy ones. My mum was very particular about my bras and she made sure i stock to the bra rules. I dare not wear a white bra at home or to school nor a home bra to church . Ahhhhhh she will have my head for dinner (you don't want to mess with an Aku woman) .


We all know clothes make a woman. The outfit you choose to wear on any given day can speak volumes about you. But as you peel away the layers, it's what's underneath that really matter! So it's no surprise that the one you choose displays your inner beauty and explains your personality, perfectly.

I think one's bra tells a lot about a person like for instance, someone who loves white bras must be someone who is clean,very tidy and professional. If a woman has too many black or dark colored bras then that says she's a carefree persona and hates doing laundry.

According to Victoria's Secret bra specialist Jessica Santos, that bra you bought years ago still says a lot about the kind of woman you are now.

Most ladies feel that since bras are inner/under wears, they tend not to worry about it. All in all you can prolong the life span of your bras if they are properly taken care of.

wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! okay okay I'm super excited, ask me why??? Well because I'm back here. i miss this place and i miss my people. Yes i know i know i haven't been here in over a year. You know when you going through that phrase when you're trying to find yourself, that's what i was going through. It was a rough 2014 but i know God will never give his servant what he cant carry.
