BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE is OUTRAGEOUS in some Banks



Do you know what Eco Bank and Trust Bank have in common??BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE peww, it's frustrating and it's getting worst too. I was in my happy mood when i went to Eco Bank couple of months back. I walk up to the teller, the lady was frowning and sulking as if she was getting over a cheating boyfriend or husband, no hello, no smile matter of fact she was lost. The queue at Trust Bank is form Banjul to Madagascar. Y'all should learn from from Zenith and Access Bank. Lovely people, beautiful smiles everywhere and above all GOOD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE menn sometimes you don't want to leave. Eco and Trust Bank you might wanna think about going for a customer care service training but when you finally do please do start from the top....#my advice# talk finish

  2. I am with you on this one Lilian because success or failure of any organization is tied directly to the efforts of its customer service. The two banks you just mentioned above really need to work on customer service and their facial expressions cuz it matters ECO BANK especially

  3. I think i should find them the contact detail of Executive Group Ltd, they are specialized in trainings.

    Eco Bank and Trust Bank managements stop being stingy and invest in your staff development.

  4. Bad customer care is Gambia's main disease but when it comes the banks these 2 banks you mention are the worst.Fact
